Implementation of effective community care for diabetes
Our Approach
Diabetes care requires a multidisciplinary approach, We aim to expand the Theme to include other aspects of diabetes care. In particular, it is envisaged that other CLAHRCs may investigate this topic and, in keeping with our inclusive philosophy we would welcome the opportunity to collaborate with any other selected groups in order to compare and contrast different implementation models.
