Workshop Strategies

CASPb training can be planned as a series of workshops orientated in two ways to meet different objectives.

Horizontal strategy:

We can run the same workshop several times over a period of time, to train the greatest number of people possible.

Vertical strategy:

We can put together a more complete programme of training for a cohort of delegates, choosing workshops of all the key elements of critical appraisal skills training.

In both cases the strategy can be completed with a Training of Trainers course, that allows delegates to join in with the CASPb programme and facilitates collaboration between local groups and CASPb.
